Return & Refund Policy
We believe in genuine returns. ❤️ If you receive a product that is damaged, completely different from the product shown in the picture, missing, or has a colour difference of more than 10%, you are eligible for a return and refund.
📹 Unboxing Video is Mandatory
A clear 360° unboxing video is compulsory for all return, exchange, or refund claims. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
🔄 How to Request a Return
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us on the same day of delivery through our Instagram or the WhatsApp number provided on our website.
Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 2 working days using any regular/general courier service.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not bear any courier or return-shipping charges incurred by the customer.
💰 Refund
Your refund will be initiated only after we receive and verify the returned product in its original condition.
₹100 will be deducted from every refund towards the original shipping/handling charges, and this amount is non-refundable.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment account within 5–7 working days.
📌 Please note: We currently do not provide a reverse-pickup facility. Customers are requested to arrange the return shipment through a regular/general courier service.
